A group of Greenville, NC meat heroes have decided to do an Argentinian style meatfest and grill up an entire cow. Dubbed Bovinova 2011, they started with an 800+ pound steer. Would you like that in paper or plastic, sir?
After purchasing the beef, it was trucked out the site and loaded onto a crane loaded 14 foot steel rack which was then placed on the fire pit.
Stand by with the hose my good man! They rubbed on over 5 gallons worth of dry rub and then cooked that heavily spiced bad boy for 20 hours on a wood flame. Check out the video:
