Cooking for Geeks Book

From the Gluttoner Department of Literature comes one of the all time cooking classics for your home library: Cooking for Geeks. Although Gluttoner doesn’t technically believe in “science”, the book does purport to contain “information” about ingredients and cooking and even has quotes from Adam “Savage” (yeah right, that’s your real name, tough guy Mythbuster). It’s like they believe that cooking is a science or something and not the magic voodoo that it is. You put flour and water in the oven and out comes hot bread. You’re gonna tell me that’s not freakin’ magical? Come on now, I know magic when I see it.
