You’ve just made a homemade pizza in your oven using your pizza stone or a pan. You’re ready to cut it up using the traditional slice-it-across-the-diameter with a pizza cutter method. But this way you are going to end up with 4, 6, or 8 tiny slices depending upon how many times you cut it. What do you do math genius? You use an alternative cutting patter to get nice pizzeria sized triangle slices like so:
And there you have it- just like the pros do, except not as good tasting. You can use the excess for dipping or give it to your annoying friend who is “on a diet but just wants a few bites”. Or next time you could just order a large pizza.
